Dina’s experience has been distinguished for several years, dating back to 2010, in the field of overseeing all types of cases in general, with a particular focus on managing execution and enforcement cases in all their forms, financial claims, and administrative office tasks. This includes preparing records related to cases, periodic and annual reports for clients (individuals and companies), as well as organizing all aspects related to office records.

Saif Al-Soudi

Saif has been working in the field of law and legal consultancy in Jordan since 2018 and has extensive experience in commercial law, corporate matters, and project finance. He has played a significant role in representing numerous local, regional, and international companies, providing legal advisory on high-level transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions, project financing, labor matters and legal advice on a wide array of banking transactions such as guarantees and financing contracts for both local and international financiers. He has also been involved in preparing legal due diligence reports and matters related to governance in accordance with Jordanian law. Saif’s legal experience also includes overseeing and monitoring all corporate and institutional affairs for various clients operating in diverse sectors. He is also an integral the team responsible for managing corporate and business operations, including drafting various legal opinions and memoranda for clients in various industries, such as banking regulations, telecommunications, renewable energy, investment environment, corporations, and labor laws.

Her initial role involved specializing in the execution department, where she skilfully managed the execution of mortgage bonds and judgments, alongside handling cases related to banks. Presently, Linda oversees a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, which includes managing arbitration cases as well as overseeing execution proceedings.
